Are you gear obsessed like me?

I often find myself carefully observing photographers in the street. I look at their shoes; at their choice of subject; and most importantly, I look at the gear they use…
Just like racers have that ‘under the hood’ obsession , I also like to see what photographers have in their hands.

If you are like me. If you are curious, and find yourself interested in what camera / lens combination other photographers use, then you will appreciate looking into my bag…

I really don’t remember all the equipment I’ve sold in ten years of my involvement in photography, but this list is closest I can get. Some items I didn’t like, some were damaged, and few were the victim of a limited budget and an upgrade bug. P.S. If there is a link click on it, it will take you to the review page.

Canon EF 17-40mm f/4L USM (Current workhorse, I really like this lens).
Canon EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 IS USM (Hated distortions on the wide end, eventually sold it).
Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 Mark I (Very good lens, for the price I mean…)
Canon EF 50mm F/1.8 Mark I (My favorite of all times, it was made in 1987, exactly my age).
Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 (NEW!)
Revuenon Special 135mm f/2.8 (This one I don’t use much, really have no idea what bug made me buy it).

Sigma EF-500 DG ST ETTL II (Did you know? This one doesn’t work with new canon cameras, I need to take it to sigma for a firmware upgrade…)
