Blog upgrade in progress

I’ve been dragging my leg on installing new WP for almost an year, but it has to be done… upgrading WordPress is such a painful process. Especially when the gap between current installation and a new one is 5 releases – it is almost like a windows 95 to win7 upgrade 
And while I’m at upgrading the WP engine, I might even get a new design. Current (two sided) simple theme is getting old. In fact it feels shy and intimidated compared to all those flashy cool new designs that dominate photo blog sphere.
Oh, and standard blah blah: “Some parts of the website may become unreachable, sorry for inconvenience”.
