Stephane Deguilhen is an artist located on the lovely island of Corsica. He works with wood, using chainsaw, with stunning results. corsica-portraits-2.jpg corsica-portraits-3.jpg The head of the horse you see on the photos above was curved out of whole piece of wood in about twenty minutes – without preparation, without a sketch. For me as a photographer as a fellow artist it was an amazing experience to observe huge piece of wood come to life in a form of a horse.
